Blue Strike accepts no liability for any unauthorised or inappropriate use of your password.
MISREPRESENTATIONS
As a Blue Strike user, you are obliged to not act in a deceptive or fraudulent manner with regards to any information given to third parties on the Site.

All information supplied during the registration and in job advertisements must be true and correct at the time of submission. SPECIFIC ADVERTISER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
APPLICANT AVAILABILITY GUARANTEE FOR JOB ADVERTISERS
Blue Strike doesn’t guarantee Job Advertisers that any applicant who is listed as currently looking for work is currently available. Whilst all effort is made to ensure that Job Seekers update their status regularly, Blue Strike concedes that the information provided may be at times out of date. Blue Strike cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by job applicants regarding their personal information and work history.
Blue Strike reserves the right to modify, amend or revise any advertisement or job post without prior notice to the advertiser.
DELIVERY
Services sold by Blue Strike will be available to the advertiser on confirmation of the terms and conditions of payment to Blue Strike, and subject to the content submitted being deemed suitable by Blue Strike.
UPON RECEIPT OF ORDER
The customer is required to visually check their submission for errors. If an error in target words is detected please contact customer service immediately. Blue Strike gives no undertaking that such errors can be rectified whilst maintaining the page position of the advertiser’s information.
RETURN POLICY
While Blue Strike endeavours to try and help you find the suitable candidate for the vacant position, Blue Strike offers no refunds for unsuccessful obtainment of your vacant position.
RECOURSE
If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Blue Strike in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Blue Strike Service.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Blue Strike and its affiliated and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the Blue Strike Pty Ltd Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the Site or on the Internet by you or users of your account.

JOB VACANCY GUARANTEE FOR JOB HUNTERS
Blue Strike does not guarantee Job Hunters that any job advertised on this Site is currently available.
Blue Strike will not be held responsible for the events arising from either unauthorised access to your information or any events that arise after the contact information is delivered to an advertiser for a particular job position.
INFORMATION DOES NOT REPRESENT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Blue Strike does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs advertised on this Site or businesses using this Site.
