Using Blue Strike requires users to register and login with their email address and password. Registering entails submitting information regarding employment history as well as contact referee details. Subject to fair use, the information will be used by Blue Strike and potential employers to determine your suitability for positions offered. User IP addresses are noted and kept for statistical usage only and are only used in aggregate.
